The new frame enhances durability and utilizes a practical open-cage design for the 4000–7000 sizes and an enclosed cage for the 9000 size. A robust disc drag system delivers ultra-smooth stopping power, scaled to the reel size, and features a regulator knob that provides precise adjustments with positive detents.
