Ordering
Order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our secure website. Your order will be confirmed immediately. We will notify you of any delays, back-ordered items or out of stock items. You may also call us at 201-934-1138 to place your order over the phone: Monday through Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm, Saturday 9:30am – 4:00pm.(EST).

Shipping:
Most orders will ship the same or the next business day. We will notify you of any delays, back-ordered items or out of stock items.
NOTE: All rods, reels & equipment over $100 requires a signature at delivery unless other arrangements are made by calling the shop.

International Shipping
We use USPS for our international orders. We are not responsible for any duties, fees or taxes levied by the customers country.

Returns
Please notify us within 14 days if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. You must return the item with the receipt, in the original packaging, unused, for a full refund, credit or exchange, within 30 days of purchase date. Any returns after 30 days will receive merchandise credit. Returns without an original store receipt or web invoice may be eligible for merchandise credit. Custom orders can be returned if defective for an exchange only. Used items cannot be refunded and items returned without original packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will provide your refund using the same method of payment that you used to purchase the item.
