Streams of Dreams works with you to completely customize your fly fishing lessons. We also offer classes in both fly tying and fly casting. Since they are personalized, no two lessons are alike. Whether you're looking to gain distance or accuracy in your fly cast, looking to learn the art of tying Atlantic Salmon fly patterns, or are just brand new to the sport - we can help. We also offer specialized classes for those looking to hone specific fly fishing skills.

Fly Tying Classes
If you want to learn how to tie the best fly ties in the Northeast, look no further. Whether you are a beginner or advanced fly fisherman, whether you're looking to tie trout flies or saltwater flies, we have a class for you. Tying is a major part of the sport, and with it comes the pleasure of fooling fish with your own creations. Beginner or advanced, our classes are tailored to fit all skill levels. Classes include: Fly Fishing entomology and an introduction to basic tools, materials and techniques. Individual or group classes are available.

Fly Fishing Casting Classes
Refine your fly casting stroke with one of our fly casting clinics. Both single and double hand available. Single Hand Whether you want to add distance and accuracy or just smooth out the kinks, we can help improve your single hand casting stroke. Individuals or private groups welcome. Spey Casting and Overhead Casting For fly anglers, the art of spey casting has opened up a whole new world, allowing anglers to make longer casts. It also gives the ability to control greater amounts of line and land a fly where they never could with a standard fly rod. All of this adds up to your fly being presented to more fish, which means, you will hook more fish. The best way to learn the art of spey casting is to spend a half to a full day with one of the best instructors on the water - Jon Huff. Jon can tailor a class to your needs. Take a private lesson with us to learn about the specialized equipment and casts needed to get out on the water with 10- to 15-foot-long two-handed rods. Or just learn how to refine your technique. Spey casting Lessons may include a selection of casting techniques: switch, circle spey/snap-T, double spey, snake roll and single spey. Individuals or private groups welcome.
